This kit allows you to run the cheap and powerful 3.1 to 3.5 GPM of fluid at 1350 PSI GM 4x4 Saginaw P series power steering pump on your Samurai, Sidekick, or Geo Tracker rock crawler. This bracket fits all Samurai 1.3L and the Geo Tracker 1.6L 8v / 16v engine combinations regardless of V-belt or serpentine crank pulley. Install bolts and instructions included. We also include over the counter part numbers so you can purchase your own pump, pulley, belt, cap, etc from your local auto parts store. This bracket will not allow you to run A/C.
If needed, the Saginaw P series pump can be easily modified by anyone to increase flow and pressure.
*Stock single row Samurai 1.3L crank pulleys require the use of a double row stock a/c pulley or an aftermarket double row crank pulley, a donor Geo Tracker 1.6L 8v 4 Rib outer crank pulley, or the URC 6 Rib Outer Crank Pulley Mod.
